Make Your Own Essential Oil Roller for Pain

Aromatic Oils

Here is an easy recipe for making a roller that you can put on sore, painful muscles! It is simple to make, works effectively, and smells great too.  Dab it on your forehead for headaches.

You will need:

-Essential Oil Roller Bottles (10 mL)

-Carrier oil of your choice ( I like to use either Apricot Oil or Liquid Coconut Oil).

-Essential Oils of Peppermint, Lavender, Lemongrass, and Bergamot. Plant Therapy is a quality brand that is affordable.

 

1. Add the following amounts of essential oils per 10 mL roller bottle.

      Peppermint (5-6 drops)

      Lavender (2 drops)

      Lemongrass (2 drops)

      Bergamot (1 drop)

2. Fill the rest of the bottle up with the carrier oil. 

​

(10 drops in 10mL bottle means 5% dilution. You may use less essential oils if you are sensitive.)
